Care & Maintenance

1. Washing Instructions

– Frequency: once a week is OK

– Steps:

  1. Fill a basin with cool water and add sulfate-free shampoo.

(Sulfate ingredients are proven to dry out the hair. Please use alcohol and sulfate free shampoos and conditioners. Ensure that your extensions are always nourished and moisturized.)

  2. Swish wefts gently (never rub or twist).

  3. Rinse thoroughly, then apply conditioner from mid-length to ends.

  4. Air-dry flat on a towel away from sunlight.

( Avoid: Hot water, submerging clips, or blow-drying.)

5. Use a wide tooth comb to comb your hair. This will help prevent tangling and damage to your extensions. Never brush your hairs extensions when they are wet as this is when they are most susceptible to breakage. This can reduce unnecessary hair loss.

6. At night, tie your hair in a loose ponytail or a braid to prevent tangling and choose a silk pillowcase to avoid friction. Silk is far less absorbent, so it won’t strip the moisture from your hair and extensions.

 2. Styling & Storage

– Heat Tools:

  – Human Hair: Max 180°C (356°F).

  – Storage:

  – Hang wefts on a padded hanger or lay flat in the silk pouch.

  – Keep clips closed to maintain tension.
