We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy as long as the hair remains unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For non-quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Clearance sale items and custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please be sure to contact us before returning any items.

TikTok Return & Exchange Policy

1.Buyers have 30 calendar days to initiate a return and refund request after the order is delivered.

2.Buyers then have 14 days to ship the item back to the merchant, otherwise the buyer’s return request will be closed.
