Order Status Inquiry
You can check your order status by logging into your account and navigating to the Order History section. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the latest updates. If you need further assistance or cannot locate your order details, please contact our customer support team.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped:
- Online Store Orders / Amazon Orders: You can request a cancellation by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
- AliExpress Orders: You can cancel the order directly from your order page. Once canceled, the refund will be processed and returned to your account within 3-20 working days.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return in accordance with our return policy. Please avoid refusing the package upon delivery, as this may result in high customs duties or additional fees. In such cases, we will not be able to process your return or refund.
Product Changes
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change color, length, or product type) before it is shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. However, you are eligible for an exchange after receiving your order.
