Color Differences in Orders

Step 1: Check the product photos
Due to screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in different lights and devices. Compare the product to the listing photos under natural light.
Step 2: Contact Us
If the color difference is large, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number and purchase platform
  • Product photos and videos under natural light
  • A brief description of the problem (do you think the product does not match your own hair color, or do you think it is different from the product photos and there is a color difference)

Step 3: Our Solution

  • We can help you with a free replacement (if available).
  • If replacement is not possible, we will provide you with a partial refund or help you return the product for a refund.
