Shipping Status
Some customized and pre-order products may require 4-6 weeks of processing time before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping status and tracking information. You can check the latest shipping updates via the link provided in the email. If you need further assistance or cannot locate your order details, please contact our customer support team.
Tracking Number
After your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can also find it in your account’s order details page or contact our support team to retrieve it.
Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on your shipping address and the selected shipping method:
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days.
Please note that holidays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times. We appreciate your patience and recommend tracking your package for updates.
To ensure smooth processing, please do not refuse the package upon delivery, as refused deliveries cannot be processed for returns or refunds.
Changing the Shipping Address
When placing an order, please carefully review your shipping information to ensure your shipping address is correct. Moresoo is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Online Store Orders / Amazon Orders:
If your order has not yet shipped, our support team will assist with updating the address. However, once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address. You may contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirection or re-delivery.
AliExpress Orders:
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can modify the address directly in your order, or you can note the address information that needs to be modified in your order, and we will help you change the delivery address when processing your order.
